River Point RV Park Rules & Regulations
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests, River Point RV Park asks every visitor to follow the park’s rules, policies, and guidelines. Violation of park rules may result in removal from the property without refund. Please review the following information before and during your stay.
Check-in: 1:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Check-In & Check-Out
- All guests must register with the office upon arrival.
- After-hours arrivals must check in by 10:00 AM the following morning.
General Park Rules
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- A strict 5 MPH speed limit is enforced throughout the park.
- Please keep your RV site clean and respect neighboring sites.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
- No tent camping or sleeping outside of the RV is permitted.
- Open campfires are not allowed.
- Manufactured propane and charcoal grills are permitted.
- No clotheslines are allowed.
- Observe all posted signage throughout the park.
Reservations, Payments & Cancellations
- Reservations must be paid by debit or credit card.
- Accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- Long-term reservations may require first and last month’s rent upfront.
- Cancellation and refund policies vary based on the length of stay and notice provided.
- No refunds are provided for early departures unless approved by management.
Occupancy & Guests
- Parents are responsible for supervising children at all times.
- Maximum occupancy limits apply per RV site.
- Visitors and guests must comply with all park rules and regulations.
Pet Policy
- River Point RV Park welcomes pets with responsible owners.
- Maximum of 3 pets allowed per site with approval.
- Dogs must remain on a leash unless inside the fenced dog park.
- Pet owners must clean up after their pets immediately.
- Excessive barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Pets are not allowed inside park buildings or common indoor areas.
Smoking & Cannabis Policy
- Smoking, vaping, and electronic cigarette use are only permitted in designated smoking areas or approved smoking sites.
- Cannabis use must comply with Oregon state laws and is restricted to approved smoking RV sites only.
- Personal cultivation of cannabis is prohibited on park property.
RV & Vehicle Requirements
- RVs must be properly licensed, street legal, and in good condition.
- Tiny homes and horse trailers with living quarters are not permitted.
- No vehicle repairs or maintenance may be performed within the park without approval.
- Vehicles must fit entirely within the assigned site.
- Loud exhaust systems and excessive vehicle noise are prohibited.
Parking Rules
- No parking on grass or roadways.
- Overnight parking is allowed only within your assigned site unless approved by management.
- Illegally parked vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Clubhouse & Park Facilities
- Guests are welcome to enjoy the park’s shared amenities while respecting facility guidelines.
- Clubhouse common areas operate on a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved for events.
- Restroom, shower, and laundry facilities are for registered guests only.
- Pickleball courts and BBQ/pergola areas are available for guest enjoyment.
- Free Wi-Fi is available for registered guests.
Safety & Conduct
- Excessive noise, abusive behavior, criminal activity, or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.
- Firearms and fireworks are prohibited.
- Alcohol must remain within your assigned site.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to park property.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a stay at any time.
Management reserves the right to update or modify park rules, policies, and regulations at any time in the best interest of all guests and the River Point RV Park community.
